Remote Assistance Service for Instant Computer Support Now Available

RGSCOM now offers instant computer support to all of our customers over a secure broadband internet connection. Remote assistance allows a computer technician to literally see what is on your screen, making instant computer support an easy and secure way to fix your computer now.

For existing customers, simply text or call the mobile number on all correspondence to see if a technician is available to fix your computer, or arrange a mutually convenient appointment. You don't even need to be present - just describe the problem and leave your PC on and the problem will be resolved at the earliest opportunity and depending on the nature of the problem, you may not even be charged a fee.
